Refund policy

1. Where incorrect or defective products have been supplied, the Supplier will, at its discretion, refund to the Buyer the cost of the product, or provide to the Buyer an exchange.
2. The products can only be returned in their original, undamaged packing within fifteen (15) calendar days after the invoice date.
