Shipping policy
Business Day: means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the relevant State in Australia.
Supplier undertakes to deliver within a reasonable period from order receipt.
Delivery dates are estimates only and will occur at any time between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on a Business Day.
Once shipped, Supplier is not liable for any loss suffered by Buyer due to delay or failure to deliver the Products
Buyer must inspect the products upon delivery and inform the Seller within five (5) Business Days of receipt specifying the batch, delivery note and/or invoice details whether:
- the correct Products have been delivered;
- the correct quantity of the Products have been delivered;
- whether the Products delivered meet the agreed quality requirements
